The hotel offered a fantastic view and exceptional service, with friendly staff that truly made a difference. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection. However, the noise from nearby celebrations could be intrusive at times, and the bathroom showed some signs of age.

Skiing the freshly groomed cross-country tracks in the early morning was an amazing experience for our family. The breathtaking views from our Junior Suite Lake View were a highlight, making every moment special. Plus, our pets were warmly welcomed, adding to the joy of our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the parking situation could be improved to accommodate families better.

I recently stayed in a Double Room with Lake View and the breathtaking scenery was a highlight of my trip. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay, particularly during breakfast which included a fresh omelette station. While the room was comfortable and well-equipped, the floors were a bit creaky at times which might be improved.

staying at schweizerhof was an amazing experience. the location is superb, right in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the valet parking was a lifesaver, eliminating any worries about our car. our double room with a lake view was fantastic, and the included cable car passes were a nice touch. breakfast was delicious, especially the crispy bacon!

I enjoyed my stay in the Double Room with Lake View. The location stands out, right in the heart of St Moritz. Stunning lake views filled the room and made mornings delightful. Valet parking offered convenience, especially since parking can be tricky. Breakfast options were impressive, with freshly made omelettes, great pastries, and a variety of meats. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly during our mornings. However, I found some parts of the hotel quite noisy, especially from the live music in the basement bar. The walls seemed thin, making it hard to escape the noise after a long day. The room had an outdated feel. furniture looked worn down and needed refreshing. I was disappointed with the in-house dining options as well. my dinner at the main restaurant lacked flavor and value.

I had high expectations for my stay but was let down. The noise from the nightclub was unbearable, waking me multiple times during the night. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, and the breakfast options were quite stale.

Fantastic location near the train station. The views from the lake view room are awesome. Noisy neighbors made it hard to sleep.

The Superior Double Room with Lake View was truly amazing. Super comfy bed and plenty of space everywhere. The big glass doors made the room feel bright and let in those stunning lake views. Loved having a nice balcony too. The bathroom was spacious too, which is always a plus. Only thing was the light switches were a bit confusing, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all.
